Le Gouvernement de la Communauté française, Vu le décret du 18 décembre 1984 organisant l'Enseignement à Distance de la Communauté française;

Vu l'arrêté de l'Exécutif de la Communauté française du 27 décembre 1984 portant création de cours à distance;
